Map your organisation's real situations or challenges in small teams (with someone client-facing, someone operationally focused and someone knowledgeable of underlying systems).
What you’ll get
A shared view of your situation, seen from a fresh angle, that your team (and others) can challenge, learn from and align around.
Details
Session of 3-4 hours can be run with 1-3 teams simultaneously. Preparation work needed (approx. 1 hour per team).
What you'll do
Map your organisation's real situations or challenges in small teams (with someone client-facing, someone operationally focused and someone knowledgeable of underlying systems).
What you’ll get
A shared view of your situation, seen from a fresh angle, that your team (and others) can challenge, learn from and align around.
